Cottage

• sleeps up to 10 persons

• a nice living/dining area
• fully equiped kitchen
• Summer rates are $16 per person with a minimum of $60 per night. Winter (Dec.15-March 15) rates are $20 per person with minimum of $125 per night. Two night stay required in winter. Three night stay required on MLK and President's weekends.

Lodge

• sleeps up to 20 persons
• 5 bedrooms with additional sleeping space on the floor
• 2 1/2 baths
• large living/dining area with fireplace insert
• fully equiped kitchen
• Summer rates are $13 per person with a minimum of $125 per night. Winter (Dec.15-March 15) rates are $$17 per person with minimum of $200 per night. Two night stay required in winter. Three night stay required on MLK and President's weekends.

Policies and Procedures:

• Neither facility has a dishwasher or TV
• No smoking or intoxication
• No loud parties
• No pets
• Each group provides bedding, towels, etc. Pillows are provided
• Each group is responsible to clean the facility before checking out
• Your group is responsible for any damage done to the facility during your stay.
• Rates do not include taxes (6% sales and 3% local tax)
• A non-refundable deposit of one day's minimum fee is required for reservations.
